Lotus Emira at LOG41.

Lotus LTD president announced yesterday that Matt Windle AND "an army of Emiras" will be at LOG41 in September available for attendees to drive.

The cars for LOG are Euro-spec LHD, not US-spec or RHD. Parts supply issues sadly still affecting completion of UK RHD cars.

Of course, for the Emira slot cars, you can hold the controller in which ever hand you prefer.

At least one Emira arrived at LOG 41 at the Canaan Valley, WVA location. Gray FE, manual transmission.

Sign ups for test drives on Sunday were conducted today.

The cars are euro spec.

I would say merge the other with this. The other thread was about running slot cars. This one is about the reality of the Emira being at LOG and real test drives being scheduled.

It will be more of an impression than a review. The drives were scheduled in 15 minute intervals, meaning actual driving time will be more like 10 minutes, more or less. And on Sunday and Monday, on wet roads.
