U.S. Update: Allocation & Order Date

How many cars they're getting. I got an email yesterday as well, but it didn't come right out and say "yes, you've made the cut" so to speak. I was 12th, also July 10th deposit, but didn't think a dealer that small would get that many, so maybe some people dropped out.

Got an update yesterday from my dealer, Flow Lotus of Winston-Salem NC.

I'm confirmed for an FE, I'm well within their allocation cutoff. Deposit was secured July 10 of last year. Confirmed no ADM of any kind, transaction will proceed at MSRP. Apparently the owner of the dealer group is personally opposed to markup games, which I greatly appreciate and it reinforces my decision to buy from a smaller dealer in a non-metro setting.

Currently expecting a January 2023 delivery but it could vary by a month or so either way.

Altogether, great news.

I am at Flow as well. They are predicting a Nov/Dec delivery date for me.

Thank you for that! I've called twice and he won't return my call. I guess I'll just go with looks like I'm getting a FE Emira! My email suggested a late Dec/early Jan delivery!

I've found him difficult to reach on occasion. I think he means well though and has his heart in the right place.

Completed my full 10% non-refundable deposit today at Gator, and was told that the confirmation is scheduled to go to Lotus in early March. Car delivery, fingers crossed will be November 2022. Just in time for the snow to fly here in the Midwest.

Hopefully Lotus is taking local weather into consideration for allocations. It would suck for me to have to take delivery in the winter on the east coast...

why would they, for many it's not their only car and it would not be fair to put a northerner off for months because of weather... a lot have more than one residence and they use that address for taxes...lol...

Nimbus Gray, Tan. Red Calipers, Silver wheels, Touring, but that could change. Still a week plus to make a change before I am locked in.

Can't go wrong with any of the colors. Loved the Shadow Gray when I saw it at the roadshow. I liked the lighter colors so narrowed it down to yellow, blue, and nimbus.

I really love it. Especially accented by all the gloss black bits, wheels, etc.
