Searched the manifest database by the VIN.How did you find out your car was on this ship?
They need something to talk down on while they’re getting their bolts tightened for $2k every couple of years.Wait. So, dudes on the Alfa 4C forum are talking sh*t about the Emira?
What do you search to find what VIN's were on Atlantic Sail?Searched the manifest database by the VIN.
Thats rough....but the best time to pick up a sports car (and i use that term loosely with that vehicle) is when someone ELSE foots the bill and them needs to sell it thinking more shit will break, but you get a solid car. They need something to talk down on while they’re getting their bolts tightened for $2k every couple of years.
My 4C needed a $10k transmission replacement, out of warranty, at 15k miles. Previous owner foot the bill then sold it to me afterwards.
I keep hearing the term fob throw out there what is this? Obviously not the remote for the car.And I wish the car-shaped fob was the key and came in the color of the car. And wasn't so flimsy.
$10k is steep. Engine out like Lotus? They need something to talk down on while they’re getting their bolts tightened for $2k every couple of years.

I also like the archaic version of fobbed as meaning cheated. Seems oddly relevant.See definition #4 of: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/fob
Import shipping manifests for ocean shipments are searchable. If you want every single Emira VIN that's been imported, it's possible to assemble that complete list. How are you verifying this info?
My dealer gave me my VIN and told me that the car is in country somewhere. But when I search that DB .... nothing. What am I doing wrong?
