I've already lined up a Spyder,if the Emira isn't delivered this year as per their supposed email incoming,I will be reverting to a base model and enjoy the (most likely) 2 year wait in a Porker

I’m feeling the same, the only thing stopping me is that the tightarse that I am means that I would probably talk myself out of a base model Emira. With inflation and general cost increases I can see the base model starting price being equivalent to a fully loaded FE now.

I hope that means there is genuine progress with our cars. In the back of my mind is Lotus sending these emails out just to give the impression of progress. It doesn’t commit anyone to any timeframes for next steps.

Also hoping this isn’t the “individual update” we were promised about delivery dates, as that’s not covered and we’re still expecting that today.
