Anyone received their 30 day notification yet?

I’ve emailed CS for an update. I’ve asked whether they can confirm if my car has gone for it’s PDI.

‘We are just awaiting some final details from our Lotus Transport Team in regards to the completed vehicles.

We will be contacting you towards the end of this week hopefully with delivery details.’

I had a chat with CC on Friday, as many of us did. I asked about where the protective coating, which is an option, will be applied. They said at Hethel. So if this is the case, and I have not been given misleading information like many times before, then that means they cant leave Hethel till the options are applied, and so cant go to Upper Heyford for PDI.

As per CS today. My car was due for October build so I asked for an update....would you hang on whilst I get the info from production.....oh, it's still expected for October build and we will contact you when that goes firm in two weeks or so.....well two weeks is not October where I live......yes, we have had delays and it might be two months or so.....oh, that's January then.....Ummm, yes......so is it October build, yes that is the schedule as of today but we need an update from production........

You would think they have a digital system to capture the build schedule and access it in real-time rather than sending information around between production and CS by carrier pigeon.

It seems like production send build spreadsheet updates to CS via email?

I called LCC Wednesday last week and was told that i would receive an email by the end of the day, anyway still no email so i just called them again to be told that my Nov build/Dec delivery has now been moved to Q1 2023. only 150 cars going out this year, i was told that they are only working to about 25% of capacity and that they are hoping to be up to full capacity in 2023, they have now been told apparently from Head Office to call all customers instead of emailing them and that i should have a call in a week or so. Deposit was 13th July 21.

I have been thinking just the same. With the technology these days we should be able to see it in real time. That would mean US LOT not having the 'joy' of calling CC for updates, and the poor pigeons could go of to the old pigeon home for a well earned retirement. Everyone's a winner

As I have said before, Lotus make the government look like a smooth running, slick operation.

Yup, I've said it before too. Many other manufacturers have incorporated a "pizza tracker" type of feature to streamline updates and customer communications.

If I can be automatically alerted when my $10 food order was accepted, completed, and finally picked up or delivered, I should be getting progress updates for my $100k exotic sportscar order.

Porsche sends update photos from the factory to individual customers. Dodge has a progress tracker for individual orders on $30k Challenger orders. Amazon texts me when my order is in my neighborhood and let's me know how many stops until my package arrives. It's all automated and based on checkpoints. Get with it Lotus...

I’m going to guess at this point if you’re in the US, you shouldnt count on your FE order arriving in time for summer 2023. Just a hunch.

Just had my call , now projected Dec build Jan delivery , with the caution that this is not guaranteed, hopefully I will get a car by Spring 23 , I should at least get a good test drive in the meantime

Just had the same call , not surprised ! i will now be able to make decision after a test drive hopefully .

When was your initial deposit i was 7/7/2021 at 10.30 but no call yet... Just interested to see if it is in order of deposits.

My call was at 1030 this morning which i had to delay to 1100 , i called LCC myself to find out the latest.

Me too… deposit morning 8th… now Jan delivery and they seem ok with me being out of the country for most of the month, which was worrying me.

They will call me end Nov re checkout process.

Still no idea on demo car dates
